Challenge
While designing a new website for the travel agency, we faced the challenge of working within the limited functionality of a website builder. Despite these constraints, we needed to create a design that effectively conveyed the luxury and exclusivity of their high-end services. It was essential to craft a visually appealing and professional look that would resonate with their upscale clientele and help drive sales.
Action Taken
We began with a detailed analysis of competitors, user behavior, and the travel industry. The redesign strategy was aimed at creating a sophisticated, engaging visual identity that reflected the agency’s premium services. The primary call to action, 'Get in Touch,' was placed prominently to encourage immediate engagement. We chose an elegant color scheme of deep navy and gold to evoke a sense of luxury and trust. Authentic travel photos replaced generic stock images to enhance the exclusivity of the experience. Several design iterations were tested to ensure the site not only looked high-end but also functioned smoothly within the builder’s limitations.
Results
The result was a polished, user-friendly website that effectively communicates the agency’s luxury offerings, enhances credibility, and drives conversions. Despite the constraints of the website builder, the design successfully conveys the brand's premium positioning and delivers a seamless browsing experience for potential clients.

UX Process

The UX design focused on simplifying user journeys while ensuring the primary call to action—"Get in Touch"—was visible and easily accessible across the site. Every page was designed to guide users towards initiating contact, whether through forms, phone numbers, or instant messaging options.

Visual Design

The visual design needed to reflect the agency’s luxury brand identity while making an impactful first impression. We chose a refined color palette of emerald  and gold to communicate sophistication and trust, paired with elegant serif fonts to reinforce the premium feel. Authentic travel images were used throughout to build credibility and align with the agency’s exclusive services.
